Malaysia Kuala Lumpur only Subway public transportation system.  even some cities in Malaysia has no bus public transportation as like Kota Kinabalu. In those places, people would use uber or grab as sort of public transportation. It is video of uber driver, he explained which one is better between uber and grab

He said, Uber is better in no heavy traffic places, the heavy traffic place is grab
Namely, Kota Kinabalu, langkawi,  people would use uber. Penang, Kuala Lumpur, people would use grab

I used the Malaysia public transportation Bus in Kuala Lumpur, Penang.  the price is about USD 0.5.  I like to remind one thing, The bus driver would not give you changes.
